Miller appeal rejected

Miller appeal rejected

Carlisle believed that they had a good case with their appeal against Lee Miller's sending off against Hartlepool at the weekend, but this has failed.

The FA have rejected the appeal and the three-match ban stands.

John Nixon, as he told the official website, is not best pleased: 'we are extremely disappointed.

'We reviewed the evidence and felt we had a strong case.'

28-year-old Miller will now miss the games against Chesterfield, Stevenage and Tranmere.
