Result: Brentford 4-0 Carlisle

Carlisle were soundly beaten by Brentford at Griffin Park in front of the Sky Sports cameras on Monday night.

The contest was over by half time with Harlee Dean (28), Sam Saunders 32 and Saido Berahino (41) sending Brentford into the break 3-0 to the good.

Berahino (53) completed the scoring with his second early in the second half to complete a 4-0 mauling.
