'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Extremely disappointed

It was meant to be a joyous occasion for Carlisle in front of the Sky Sports cameras on Monday night, although it turned into a nightmare with Brentford spanking them 4-0.

What the cameras showed is not anything like what Greg Abbott wanted!

The left the Carlisle manager 'extremely disappointed' by his side, that managed only one effort on goal in the entire game: 'we fell well short of the standards that we have set this season so to that extent I am extremely disappointed.

'We wanted people to see what we can do on television, but from the moment they scored their first goal and then added to it with poor goals from our perspective, the writing was on the wall.'
