At least one was excellent!
Few positives came out of Carlisle's 4-0 defeat at Brentford, from a Carlisle viewpoint, on Monday night although Greg Abbott has highlighted one.
Abbott feels that you can always take some positives from any situation, and for him the performance of Paddy Madden was one for him: 'there are always positives and I thought Paddy Madden was excellent.
'He worked hard and nearly got his reward with a goal. He has given us something to think about.'
It is almost a certainly that the striker will be one that retains his place for Carlisle's next game, others might not be as fortunate though!
