Result: Stevenage 1-0 Carlisle

Carlisle missed the opportunity to move back into the league one play-off places following defeat at Stevenage on Tuesday, who are now right back in the hunt as a result.

The game in hand for Carlisle represented a wonderful chance to end Stevenage's hopes and really raise their own, at half time with it goalless that was not the worst position to be in.

With time running out Carlisle looked as though they would have to settle for a point, which not ideal but again not the worst thing to happen, until John Mousinho (76) struck late on to inflict a 1-0 defeat.

Carlisle will probably have to win all of their remaining games now, at the very least they have to remain unbeaten winning two and drawing one you would think to make it?
