Whatever will be will be
Carlisle go into the final game of the season still with a chance of promotion to the championship but it will be a mighty tough task for this to be achieved.
Jon-Paul McGovern, like everyone else, knows that Carlisle are relying on others helping them out and hopes this can be achieved.
Although the winger, as he told the official website, also knows that all the club can do is play their part and beat Oldham and hope its enough: 'at the start of the week we said that we just had to go into these final two games looking to pick up maximum points and see what happens elsewhere.
'We've had plenty of ups and downs throughout the campaign with last-minute goals in our favour and against us, but we're going into the final game of the season still in contention and that's something we can be pleased with.'
