McGovern stays...for now!
Jon-Paul McGovern will be staying with Carlisle, for the time being anyway, after a move to Rotherham failed to materialise.
The 31-year-old was given permission to talk to the league two outfit but they have opted to go elsewhere to sign Lionel Ainsworth and that means the interest in the Carlisle man has ended.
Other clubs are believed to be interested so the winger so he could yet still leave Brunton Park, in fact its likely that he will?
