Carlisle 2-2 Swindon

Carlisle 2-2 Swindon

15th Sept 2012
Brunton Park

Carlisle were pegged back twice Swindon on Saturday afternoon with them eventually having to settle for a draw at Brunton Park.

Jake Jervis (14) got Carlisle off to a dream start when the on loan Birmingham man fired the hosts into the lead.

Three goals in three minutes then followed, firstly Adam Rooney (29) equalised just before the half hour mark with Jervis (30) restoring the Carlisle lead on it. Minutes later Swindon were level again when Paul Benson (32) struck.

No further goals came in the second half so the 2-2 half time scoreline is how it ended as well.
