Carlisle 0-0 Crewe

18th Sept 2012
19:45
Brunton Park

Home advantage wasn't able to help Carlisle to a victory, with them again having to settle for another Brunton Park draw, this time against in-form Crewe on Tuesday night.

After a goalless first half Greg Abbott introduce new signing Joe Garner (who returned to the club he left some year back on loan earlier that afternoon) at half time.

The Watford man almost made the impact he was brought in for but his effort hit the post, with the woodwork also denying Crewe the win when Ajay Leitch-Smith was denied.

As it started the game ended 0-0.
