Another heavy home defeat for Carlisle

Carlisle 1-4 Leyton Orient
17th November 2012
15:00
Brunton Park

Carlisle were beaten, and well beaten, at Brunton Park on Saturday afternoon by a rampant Leyton Orient side.

Orient were quickest out the traps and took the lead early on when Mooney (18) opened the scoring.

It didn't take long for Carlisle to draw level though, with Peter Murphy (25) equalising. However, within a minute the visitors were ahead again when Ben Chorley (26) restored their lead.

Further goals from Lee Cook (38) and Mooney's (44) second extended Orient's lead with the game out of sight by the break, with no further goals coming in the second half.

Few would have expected Orient, having scored only around third of the amount of goals that they have managed in one afternoon all season before this game, to have come away with the 4-1 win they did!
