One More For Madine

One More For Madine

As it stands Gary Madine's loan spell with Carlisle looks as though it will end with him signing off against Oldham Athletic at Brunton Park this weekend.

Madine arrived on loan for the remainder of the season with it hoped that he would be the man to inspire them to league one safety. He's played a role but it's not worked out to be the fairytale all would have hoped for, yet anyway.

Under the terms of his release from prison Madine is required to be home after 7pm, due to this he was forced to miss the Easter Monday defeat at Peterborough United as he wouldn't have got home in time.

Should this curfew remain in place he will miss the trips to Crawley Town and Wolverhampton Wanderers to finish up.

Graham Kavanagh is hopeful that an agreement can be reached to loosen the terms of this but as it stands Carlisle will see Madine in action for the last time this weekend, signing off (if he does) helping the Cumbrians to a win couldn't be better.
