Cup-Tie Selected For Sky

Carlisle will be looking to cause a league cup upset against Derby County next season, this will now be played out in front of the sky sports cameras.

This has been confirmed as a game that sky sports want to broadcast with them of course looking for the Cumbrians to upset Steve McClaren's championship side who missed out on the premier league after losing in last seasons play-off final.

Carlisle will now welcome Derby to Brunton Park on Monday 11th August in a game that will kick-off at 7:45pm.

Goalkeeping coach Tony Caig is looking forward to this, telling the official website: 'It`s a game to look forward to anyway and this just adds to that.

'It`s a chance for both sides to show a national audience what they can do and I`m sure it will be an excellent match to watch.'

This site is looking for an editor (at least contributor), so if a fan can offer us a genuine opinion from someone that supports them we would love to share it with the masses!
