Viscosi Departs But Further Trialists Arrive

The News & Star says that Graham Kavanagh will 'not to follow up interest in' in trialist Jon Viscosi, but other trialist remain and more have come along for training?

Kavanagh is after another 'keeper this summer, this much we know for sure, but Canadian 'keeper Viscosi hadn't done enough to convince him that he's the right option to bring in as back-up.

The boss is said to be 'monitoring a new goalkeeping target' though.

Former Sunderland youngsters Liam Marrs and Jordan Laidler, along with Penrith's Steven Rigg are continuing their trialist with the Cumbrians though with it said that another couple of trialists have linked up with the squad.
